I have taken these vitamins as directed for 6 months. I feel amazing and I know what these supplements are. I am happy to pay the high price for this product and other Inchealth supplements because I know that since it is an unprocessed whole food supplement, everything will be absorbed. Be sure to take the capsules twice a day as directed and you will feel better after a while. They can also be taken without food, any time of the day and I have no stomach pain. I highly recommend them, as I believe they are the best multivitamin out there and I don’t see myself changing multivitamins as long as they are produced on the market.

My health-crazed mother gave me this blood pressure supplement and it was gathering dust in my medicine cabinet for months. One day I ran out of my old blood pressure supplement and decided to try it. I felt that my energy and concentration levels were more stable than I ever remembered in my entire life, even though I was getting much less sleep than usual (sometimes only 2-3 hours a night).
