After six months of using Vanefist Neo ( 2 capsules a day total, at breakfast), I have come to the conclusion that I love it. Being six foot and relatively overweight since high school (220-230 pounds in youth, and 252 pounds at age 35 in September 2017), the body becomes ‘stubborn’ or used to being a certain weight after so many years, diets and a few gym subscriptions did very little for me. I was skeptical, of course, to try the product (-as I’m a bit skeptical of most things anyway), a very noticeable positive change in my energy and overall mood/motivation was experienced in the first paar of days. I seriously doubt there is a “magic pill” out there that cuts fat without the effort put in by the individual (without causing serious bodily harm, of course). I have come to the conclusion/belief that Vanefist Neo boosts the body’s own ability to lose weight with a blend of essential vitamins with mood stabilizing effects that help you to really “want” your goal ( at least it did in my case, everyone is different! ). hope the product works for you too! I have had this product for a week. I am 5’7″ and weigh 5’8″. I have been taking Vanefist Neo with every meal and it seems to work quite well. This morning I weighed in at 258.6 lbs. You have to change the way you eat, it is not a miracle drug. With a low fat diet you will speed up the weight loss process. Personally it has worked well for me. I will edit this and update my comment after a longer period. But it’s worth a try to see if it works for you.
