The first night of sleep after consuming Alkotox was very restless, with intermittent heat, not real hot flashes. That morning I detected no change, except that perhaps I wanted to drink even more. I found Alkotox very helpful as part of a comprehensive program to stop drinking. I have been a heavy drinker for 25 years and for the last few years I have been drinking 3 bottles of wine every day, starting after work and ending early in the morning. I began to realize all the bad things that were happening to me as a result (weight gain, bad complexion, lack of sleep, lack of energy, etc.) and decided I had to stop drinking. After every meal I take two of these pills. If I still feel a craving, I eat a chocolate bar or ice cream or a large cookie; I find that sweets help suppress cravings for alcohol. Overall, I have found this program to be very effective: I haven’t had a drink in almost six weeks, my cravings are manageable, I sleep better, I have lost a little weight (even though I eat whatever I want and eat sweets when I feel like drinking).
