The first night of sleep after consuming Alkotox was very restless, with intermittent heat, not real hot flashes. That morning I detected no change, except that perhaps I wanted to drink even more. The second night I slept restlessly, but less and with very little heat. Alcohol cravings slightly less. The third night’s sleep was mild for a long night. but that day I couldn’t drink a drop! After a whole year of drinking daily (the habit was born during Covid), I was gaining weight like crazy. I was desperate to get this under control. I was shocked and dismayed to discover that I could be an alcoholic too. So yesterday (day three) I didn’t drink. That thrills me. abstinence is finally a possibility, I will stick with this, I will continue with this treatment until I achieve my goal.

I feel like you need to take it more then once a day

I have just started taking Alkotox and I am hoping for the best, I have read very good reviews about it.

I found Alkotox very helpful as part of a comprehensive program to stop drinking. I have been a heavy drinker for 25 years and for the last few years I have been drinking 3 bottles of wine every day, starting after work and ending early in the morning. I began to realize all the bad things that were happening to me as a result (weight gain, bad complexion, lack of sleep, lack of energy, etc.) and decided I had to stop drinking. After every meal I take two of these pills. If I still feel a craving, I eat a chocolate bar or ice cream or a large cookie; I find that sweets help suppress cravings for alcohol. Overall, I have found this program to be very effective: I haven’t had a drink in almost six weeks, my cravings are manageable, I sleep better, I have lost a little weight (even though I eat whatever I want and eat sweets when I feel like drinking).
