I have taken these vitamins as directed for 6 months. I feel amazing and I know what these supplements are. I am happy to pay the high price for this product and other Inchealth supplements because I know that since it is an unprocessed whole food supplement, everything will be absorbed. Be sure to take the capsules twice a day as directed and you will feel better after a while. They can also be taken without food, any time of the day and I have no stomach pain. I highly recommend them, as I believe they are the best multivitamin out there and I don’t see myself changing multivitamins as long as they are produced on the market.

This is amazing not only for blood pressure and cardiovascular problems, but also for energy and immune health! I too have had pre-hypertension problems. My health-crazed mother gave me this blood pressure supplement and it was gathering dust in my medicine cabinet for months. One day I ran out of my old blood pressure supplement and decided to try it. I felt that my energy and concentration levels were more stable than I ever remembered in my entire life, even though I was getting much less sleep than usual (sometimes only 2-3 hours a night). In addition, my hypertension problems disappeared. My blood pressure returned to normal. I did not think that this supplement would have such good results.

I take medication for high blood pressure which has had limited success in lowering it. I’ve tried this for the last several weeks after buying a smaller supply. It appears to bring my BP down a bit more when combined with my other medication. So I just bought a larger supply and will see if it continues to help.
