Took this for about 3 weeks, started at 2 tablets at nightime. Felt nothing at first, but as I increased the dosage to 2 tablets twice a day I began to suffer the ‘die off effects’. Something was happening within my body. I will continue using this product and give further updates.

My leg has randomly started tingling on the verge of falling asleep and I am assuming it is due to my desk job and poor circulation.
